Fireant History

• API CHANGE - FaFileUtil.getDirty(String[] srcs, String subst) and FaFileUtil.getOutdated(String[] srcs, String subst) no longer need the project argument.
• FIXED - FaChecksum now verify checksum in the basedir (if given) instead of files in the same directory as the checksum file.
